Unterkunft Villa Eden Vert

Villa Eden Vert is a provençal-style house set in a 5000m² garden which features a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. You can use the barbecue facilities or relax next to the wood-burning stove. The 4-bedroom house features tiled flooring and 3 bathrooms, one of which is located outside, near the swimming pool. It also offers a south-facing terrace and a LCD TV. The open-plan kitchen includes a washing machine, a dishwasher and an oven. There is also a fridge and a freezer for your convenience. The dining area can accommodate up to 12 persons. Other facilities in the air-conditioned accommodation are a pétanque playground, a radio and a washing-machine. Activities nearby include fishing, hiking and canoeing. A tennis court is available 2 km away. It is 10 km from Saint Cassien Lake and 40 km from the city of Cannes. Grasse is 30 km away and there is a free car park on site.

The property will contact you directly to organise this. Bed linen and towels are not provided. They can be rented at the property. You can buy steres of wood (oak) for 80€. The swimming pool is available from April and guests will be charged EUR 100 per week if they would like the swimming pool to be heated. Pets are not allowed in the stone outbuilding. Please inform Villa Eden Vert in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 900 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
