Located on level ground in the heart of Newquay, this friendly guest house is a short stroll from the harbour and 7 fine sandy beaches. The cosy, family-run guest house is dedicated to guest comfort and wellbeing. The restaurant and bar/lounge are on the ground floor and every effort is made to source locally produced food. There is a fruit basket at reception. All rooms have a small fridge and an en suite shower and toilet. The Silver Jubilee is near the rail and coach stations for day trips to Tintagel, Padstow, Eden Project and St.Ives. Many country-house gardens, zoos and attractions are nearby.

Payment information: Cheques are not accepted as a form of payment; credit cards or cash are preferred. The hotel operates a couples-only policy. This means no stag/hen or other groups. During the main holiday period of mid July to September, the hotel operates a weekly minimum policy (7 nights), although this does not have to be a Saturday to Saturday.
