Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for EUR 9,00 or bring their own. As of 10 December 2016, the fee for bed linen and towels will be EUR 10,00. Please note that only 1 parking space is available for each apartment. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
