Dating back to the reign of Elizabeth I, this elegant manor house is an hour’s drive from Newquay Airport. Penzance is 5 minutes away from the B&B, and there is free parking on site and extended parking for Scillonian Ferry passengers travelling to the Isles of Scilly (on request). A hearty full English breakfast is available. Trereife House makes its own preservatives, including jams, jellies, and pear, apple or tomato chutney. There is no restaurant available at Trereife House but the staff are happy to recommend local places to eat. Each charming room at this bed and breakfast is named after the former owner’s famous poet friends, and all have plenty of natural light. Rooms all come with a flat-screen TV and facilities for making tea and coffee. Guests can join the owner on a fascinating tour focusing on the family's history, which dates back to 1798. Trereife House has its own horse-breeding stable, as well as picturesque gardens. It is surrounded by Cornish countryside, and has easy access to the North and South coasts.

Please note that events are occasionally held which may cause minimal disruption to hotel guests. Please note, some GPS systems will direct you past the hotel entrance and direct you right at a set of crossroads ending at Trereife Business Park. If this happens, go back down the hill and take the first left turn. This will lead you to the hotel's unmarked side entrance. Extra beds are traditional 'camp beds' that are only suitable for young children under the age of 10 and not for adults. For guests staying on a room only rate, breakfast can be purchased for an additional fee. Please inform Trereife House in advance of your expected arrival time.
