Ideally situated for the nearby towns of Brighton, Lewes and Eastbourne, and for visiting the many National Trust properties and splendid gardens of Sussex, the hotel has created a warm and peaceful ambiance in an area of natural beauty, with a well-kept garden. In the evenings you can relax with a meal in the elegant dining room. Using only fresh local produce, the kitchen serves a varied 4-course menu which changes every month.

The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday evening. Dinner must be reserved directly with the hotel. Tables cannot be guaranteed if not reserved in advance.
