Terry and Marje welcome you to the family-run Rose Cottage, a traditional Bed & Breakfast offering cosy, comfortable rooms with Freeview TV, an iPod dock and a fridge. Rose Cottage provides off-road parking and an undercover cycle lock-up. There is also space for motorcycle parking. You can also make use of the small internet café. The bed and breakfast is located midway between Preston and Clitheroe, 4 miles north of Blackburn. The M6 is about 5 miles away, making Rose Cottage a good stopover en route to Scotland.

The hotel is strictly no smoking. Guests found to be smoking, including electronic cigarettes, in the hotel rooms will be additionally charged. There is a designated smoking area at the rear of Rose Cottage. Please note that no cancellations are accepted by phone.
