Hotel Residence Zust faces Lake Maggiore, 1.5 km from Verbania Intra town centre. The heated swimming pool, private beach, car park and WiFi are all free. Hotel Zust's large garden is home to a pool bar, a large pool overlooking the lake, and playground. Deckchairs and umbrellas are provided free here. You can reach the private beach via an underpass. Kids have their own indoor playroom at Hotel Residence Zust. Inside the main building you will also find reception and the bar. Rooms at Hotel Residence Zust include a satellite TV. Most have their own balcony, from which you can enjoy beautiful views across the lake. The apartments feature a living/dining area with fully equipped kitchenette. As a guest of the Zust, you enjoy free entrance at Camping Village Isolino and Continetal located nearby, where you can find entertainment activities, swimming pools with hydromassage and waterslides. Tennis, golf and volleyball courts are also available there. A 20-minute walk will take you into Verbania Intra, where you will find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

Please note that the pool is open from 13 April until 24 September 2017. The pool bar will be open from mid-June until the first week of September. A bathing cap is required for swimming. When booking an apartment, a set of bed linen and towels is included. For stays of 8 nights or more a change is offered. Extras are available upon request and at additional cost. When booking an apartment, a deposit of EUR 150 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
