Check-in takes place at Hotel S. Caterina, Via Marconi 10, Orta San Giulio from April until October and at Hello Orta, Via Olina 40, Orta San Giulio from November until March. Reception hours are between 15:00 and 22:00. Please note that bed linen and towel come at an extra charge. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
