The hotel is located about 25 minutes’ walk from the centre of Rome, or you can take a tram from right outside. Please communicate your estimated arrival time using the contact details on your booking confirmation email. A supplementary payment is required for the spa. Please note that all wellness facilities come at extra costs. Air conditioning is available from 1 May to 31 October. The rooftop terrace is only open during the summer months. In the case of no-show, the room will remain available until 12:00 the following day. Guests requiring the room to be held after this time must notify the hotel by telephone. Guests must pay for their entire stay on arrival. There are no refunds for early departure.
