El Hotel Gasthof Unterwöger ocupa un edificio histórico situado en Obertilliach, en el valle de Lesachtal, en el Tirol del Este. Ofrece vistas a la cordillera de Karnischer Kamm, un restaurante y una zona de spa con piscina cubierta. Se encuentra a solo 100 metros de un telesilla de la estación de esquí de Golzentipp y a 20 minutos en el autobús de esquí de la estación de Hochpustertal. Todas las habitaciones tienen baño privado con albornoces, TV de pantalla plana con canales vía satélite y vistas a la montaña o al jardín. Están en 2 casas situadas junto al edificio principal. El restaurante a la carta prepara especialidades típicas del Tirol. Todas las mañanas se sirve un desayuno bufé.
