Most rooms are equipped with a Smart TV and free WiFi. Free parking is available throughout the complex. Motel Xpress is less than 2 miles from the city centre and train station and 10 minutes drive from Newcastle Airport. There is a bus stop directly outside or a taxi can take guests to the city centre for less than £5, providing easy access to Newcastle City Centre and its shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Please note that a fee of GBP 5 per stay applies to guests wishing to have a TV placed in their room. For weekend arrivals, the hotel requires a security bond deposit of GBP 20 per person, which is refundable at checkout. On Saturdays and Sundays the property has a 24-hour front desk, allowing for late check-in. Check-out is any time until 10:30. If there is no receptionist, guests can leave the key at the reception desk. The property has a 24-hour customer service telephone number for guests to use when there is no receptionist. Baby cots cannot be supplied but guests can bring their own.
