Unterkunft Yado Kanzan

Located 2.5 km from JR Minakami Train Station, Yado Kanzan offers hot-spring baths, authentic Japanese food and Japanese flute performances. Guests can experience staying in simple Japanese rooms with futon mats. Each air-conditioned room at Yado Kanzan Ryokan features tatami (woven-straw) flooring and traditional decor. A flat-screen TV, green-tea maker and tabi socks are provided. Rooms have an attached toilet and shared bathrooms. JR Jomokogen Shinkansen Station and Lake Fujiwara are both a 30-minute drive away. Tenichi Museum is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and Suwakyo Hiking Trail is 5 km away. On-site parking is free. A private open-air bath can be reserved, free of charge. Guests can relax in the garden or check out the gift shop. A Japanese breakfast and traditional multi-course kaiseki meal are served at the dining room. After dinner, time permitting, a free shakuhachi flute performance is given.

The hot-spring baths are open from 15:00-10:00 (next day).
