Refunds for cancelled reservations are processed on the day of cancellation, availability of funds depends on the individual banks, and it may take up to 60 days. Please note check-in before 15:00 is subject to an additional night charge at current hotel rate. Rooms are guaranteed from 15:00 through 12:00 the following day. There is no need to confirm check-in times during this period. A security deposit of USD 75 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
