Built in 1932, Mansion Hotel transports guests to Old Shanghai, the golden age of the “Paris of the East”. Antiques made in the early days of last century, including phonograph, furniture and ceramics, are displayed throughout the property. The artifacts, photographs and Art Déco designs reflect the lifestyle almost 10 decades ago. Set in the heart of former French Concession, Mansion Hotel is a short 5-minute stroll from the shopping belt of Huaihai Road, a 10-minute walk from South Shaanxi Road subway station, and a 15-minute walk from Jingan Temple. The bustling Xintiandi dining and entertainment area is a 10-minute walk away. The lavishly designed rooms feature classic French and Asian furnishings, 42-inch flat-screen TVs and hot tubs. Each unit comes with free Wi-Fi, a printer and fax machine. Guests can indulge with the rainshower and Lanvin toiletries provided in marble-floored bathrooms. Staff are available at reception throughout the day, and can provide airport shuttle and business services, as well as organise hiking trips for guests.
