Tämä viehättävä baskilainen maalaistalo on muunnettu huolella viehättäväksi maalaishotelliksi, josta on upeat panoraamanäköalat alueen pääkaupunkiin Bilbaoon. Hotel Artetxe sijaitsee kukkulan laella 3 km:a Bilbaon keskustan ulkopuolella, ja sieltä on näkymät alas tyylikkääseen merenrantakaupunkiin. Hotellin rakennukset otti hotellikäyttöön Artetxen perhe, jonka omistuksessa hotelli on edelleen.
