Tämä vuonna 2007 uusittu hotelli on Trondheimin tyylikkäin design-hotelli. Se sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella putiikkien ja Trondheimin suurimman konserttisalin vieressä. Clarion Collection Hotel Grand Olav on ainutlaatuinen boutique-hotelli ja se kantaa viehkeyden ja persoonallisuuden leimaa, mikä näkyy erityisesti hyvällä maulla valituissa ja mukavissa kalusteissa.
