Oxford Street and Knightsbridge's shops are 15 minutes away by foot. The bright, soundproofed rooms at the Lancaster London are decorated in warm colours. They have satellite TV and a work desk. The marble bathrooms have free toiletries and a bathrobe. The Lancaster’s Nipa Restaurant serves authentic Thai cuisine prepared in elegant surroundings. The hotel also offers the contemporary Island Grill, which offers rich meals and a selection of wines. The trendy Lounge Bar serves light snacks and refreshing drinks throughout the day, as well as a traditional afternoon tea.

The hotel is adjacent to Lancaster Gate tube station (Central Line). This station will be closed from 4 January 2017 until 1 August 2017. The nearest tube station will be Paddington (5 minutes walk), where guests can access various underground lines as well as one of London's main railway hubs - and the home of the Heathrow Express. Please note that the gym is for guests aged 18 and over only. With effect from 1 November 2016, there will be an alternative main entrance to the hotel whilst the property enhances its lobby and arrival experience. This work is due to be completed by September 2017.
