Also featured is a washer/dryer, and there is a twice weekly maid service, with linens changed weekly. Notting Hill’s many boutique shops and bars and Portobello Road’s famous market are 5 minutes' walk away. London city centre can be reached after 15 minutes’ journey by Tube from Ladbroke Grove Station. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are just over 1 mile away.

Guests must be aged 25 years and older. Please note that guests must send a copy of their ID to the property prior to arrival. Guests that cannot provide ID on or before arrival will be refused entry and no refunds will be issued. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. A security deposit of GBP 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
