The Avenida Style Appartements by Alpin Rentals are located right in the centre of Kaprun, opposite the Schaufelberg/Maiskogel Ski Lift. Offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, Avenida Style Appartements are between 42 and 104 m² in size and are suitable for up to 8 people. They are equipped with designer kitchens, large balconies or terraces, and music and video systems. A ski cellar and a washing machine are also available on site. A bus stop also for the ski bus, a supermarket and many restaurants and bars are nearby. A golf course is just a 5-minute drive away. The Kaprun-Zell am See ski area has about 130 km of slopes. Many other ski areas can be reached by car in 20 to 30 minutes. From 15 May to 15 October the Zell am See-Kaprun Card is included in the rates.

Please inform the property in advance about the total number of guests (adults and children under 14 years) that will be staying in the apartment. Please note that a fix amount of EUR 300 will be blocked on the credit card on the day of arrival. This is a damage deposit which will be refunded within 9 to 30 days after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
