Vision Apartment Militärstrasse is situated in the heart of Zürich, 700 metres from the Main Train Station, and and it offers luxurious apartments with free WiFi, a kitchen, living room with TV, and bathroom with shower. The self-catered apartments are in direct vicinity to numerous shops and restaurants. There is a shared washing machine provided and bed linen, towels and soap dispensers are already available in the units. Maid service including waste disposal and exchange of towels is provided for stays longer than 6 nights. The Kaserne Tram Stop is right outside the Vision Apartment, whilst Zürich Airport is 11 km away.
Important information
Payment: You will receive a payment link on the day of booking or later for making the payment. The damage deposit (see below) will be pre-authorized on your credit card. Damage Deposit: Please note that Vision Apartments requires a damage deposit. For bookings up to 14 nights it is CHF 500 and for bookings longer than 14 nights it is CHF 1500. It will be pre-authorized (blocked) on your credit card on the day of booking or later. It will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card. Check-in: Please note that Vision Apartments has no reception in the building. The access code to the main entrance of the building and your apartment will be sent to you latest on the day of arrival until 15:00. Please provide photo ID: Please send a copy of your identity card or passport via e-mail or SMS. Cleaning: For stays longer than 6 nights, a change of towels and waste disposal is included in the price. Access: Access to the apartment can be requested without prior notice from Monday till Friday between 9:00 and 19:00 for weekly cleanings and repairs by a technician.
