The private bathroom provides a shower. The living room includes a sofa bed, LCD TV and DVD player while the balcony has a panoramic view of Le Brévent Mountain. A bunk bed is also available in the entrance. Les Praz is a 5-minute drive away and the Mont Blanc Tunnel is a 10-minute drive from Appartement Quartz.

A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable 2 weeks after check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. If you require bed linen/towel rental, please contact the property in advance to arrange this. The cost is EUR 20 per person.
