Kitz Residenz by Alpin Rentals enjoys a quiet location, just 700 metres from the centre of Kaprun and only 70 metres from the the ski bus stop. The apartments come with a fully furnished kitchen and a balcony or terrace with a view of the Kitzsteinhorn. Several restaurants and supermarkets are very close to the apartment house. The Zell am See-Kaprun Card is included in all rates from 15 May to 15 October. Guests are kindly requested to inform Kitz Residenz by Alpin Rentals about the total number of guests (adults and children under 14 years) that will be staying in the apartments. Please note that a fix amount of EUR 300 will be blocked on the credit card on the day of arrival. This is a damage deposit which will be refunded within 9 to 30 days after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
