Haus Pia is just 200 metres from the Gaislachkogelbahn Cable Car and a 10-minute stroll from the centre of Sölden. The spacious and modern apartments include a balcony. Free private parking is available on site. A 10% discount on the admission to the Aqua Dome Thermal Spa, located 13.9 km away, is offered and tickets can be bought on site. All apartments feature a kitchen, a flat-screen cable TV, and a spacious bathroom. Guests at the Haus Pia can access a sauna and infrared cabin free of charge, 3 times a week. A cross-country skiing trail is right next to the Haus Pia. In summer, it is an ideal starting point for mountain biking and hiking in the surrounding Ötztal Alps. Washing facilities for bicycles, a lockable bicycle storage room and tools can be used free of charge. A playground can be found within a 3-minute walk. The Ötztal Premium Card is included in all rates from beginning of June to beginning of October and offers free rides on the cable cars, lifts and buses, free guided hiking tours, free access to public baths and lakes and many more benefits. During summer, guests can access the Sölden tennis courts for free.
