Just 50 metres from the slopes and a small ski lift, Alpin Appart offers a sauna, an infrared cabin, a souvenir shop, and a petting zoo. Located in Niederthai, it is 7 km from Umhausen in the Ötz Valley. Free Wi-Fi is available. Decorated in a rustic Tyrolean style with wooden furniture, the apartments feature a living area with a flat-screen TV, kitchen and a bathroom with hairdryer. On request, fresh bread rolls can delivered every morning to the apartments. Products from a local farm can be bought as well. Guests can use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. The garden includes a children’s playground and a sun terrace. Free private parking is possible on site. Cross-country ski runs start right outside, and ski school is just next door. In summer, free guided hikes, including a llama hiking tour once a week, are offered. Guests can play table tennis and rent bicycles. Oetz is 15 km away, and it is 20 km to Sölden. A ski and hiking bus to both places stops right outside the property. The Aquadome Thermal Spa is 12 km away. From 10 December 2016 to 30 April 2017 the Niederthai Card is included in the price offering free use of all lifts, cross-country skiing tracks, sledge tracks, a Stuibenfall lantern hike, a cross-country skiing lesson, biathlon once per person and the use of the public ski bus.
