For shared use there is a park of 3 ha with lawn and trees and a secured outdoor swimming pool, 20 x 8 m, opened from 01.06 to 30.09. Outside there is a shower and it is possible to play tennis. In the complex there is an elevator. In this apartment you will find facilities like a TV, dishwasher and a washing machine. The living/dining room has exit to the balcony of 5 m2, which is in north facing position. The terrace of 20 m2 is in south facing position and has paroramic view of the sea and the garden. This apartment is located on the third floor and there is reserved parking space on site. Within 2 km you can find several shops and restaurant. The bus stop is just 300 m from the accommodation. Croisette and Palais des Festivals is in 3.5 km. Please note that a car is essential.
