With lovely views towards the North Sea, Belle View provides a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom in its light and airy rooms. Crazy golf, a boating lake, a children’s playground and a free paddling pool for children are all located opposite Belle View. Restaurants, bars, and shops are a 5-minute walk away and Natureland Seal Sanctuary can be reached after a 10-minute walk. Skegness Rail Station is less than 15 minutes’ walk away or less than 5 minutes’ taxi journey. Guests can make use of the tea and coffee facilities provided in the room and there is also a selection of free toiletries. Some rooms feature sea views, and there is free Wi-Fi throughout.

Please note that private parking is available yet limited, and spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests should be aware that Belle View is set over 4 floors and there is no lift facility. Please note, this is strictly a no smoking property. Any guests who are found smoking will be charged a fine of GBP 100. This charge will be deducted on the credit used for their booking by 18:00 on the day of departure.
